Question 1

How long does a transfer take?

Accepted Answer

Mobile money transfers (MonCash and NatCash) arrive instantly. Bank transfers typically arrive within 24 hours, often much sooner. You'll receive notifications at every step of the process.

Question 2

What are the fees?

Accepted Answer

Our fees are tier-based: $1–$80 (10%), then flat fees by bracket: $80.01–$200 ($8), $200.01–$400 ($16), $400.01–$600 ($24), $600.01–$800 ($32), $800.01–$1,000 ($38), $1,000.01–$1,500 ($44), $1,500.01–$2,000 ($54), $2,000.01–$2,500 ($64), $2,500.01–$3,000 ($80), $3,000.01–$3,500 ($90), $3,500.01–$4,000 ($120), $4,000.01–$5,000 ($140). We don't add markup on the fixed Haiti payout rate shown at send time. For amounts above $5,000, please contact TS customer service.

Question 3

Is my money safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, the same security standard used by banks. We're PCI compliant and regulated. Plus, every transfer is backed by our Money-Back Guarantee — if it doesn't arrive, you get a full refund.

Question 4

What exchange rate will I get?

Accepted Answer

We use the real mid-market exchange rate — the same rate banks use to trade with each other. We don't add any markup or hidden margin. The rate you see when you start your transfer is the rate you'll get.

Question 5

What do I need to send money?

Accepted Answer

You'll need a valid ID, your recipient's full name, and their mobile money number or bank account details. For mobile wallets, that's their phone number. For banks, we'll need the account number and bank name.

Question 6

Can I track my transfer?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You'll receive real-time updates via email and SMS. You can also log into your account anytime to see the status of any transfer — pending, sent, delivered, or completed.

Question 7

What if something goes wrong?

Accepted Answer

Our support team is available 24/7. If your transfer doesn't arrive as promised, contact us immediately. If we can't resolve it, you'll get a full refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.

Question 8

Is there a limit on how much I can send?

Accepted Answer

Basic accounts have a $100/day and $500/month limit. After identity verification (KYC), limits increase to $2,500/day and $10,000/month. Complete your KYC in Account > Identity Verification to unlock higher limits.

Question 9

What are our transfer fees (sender)?

Accepted Answer

Sender fees are tier-based on the USD value of your send: $1–$80 → 10%; $80.01–$200 → $8 flat; $200.01–$400 → $16; $400.01–$600 → $24; $600.01–$800 → $32; $800.01–$1,000 → $38; $1,000.01–$1,500 → $44; $1,500.01–$2,000 → $54; $2,000.01–$2,500 → $64; $2,500.01–$3,000 → $80; $3,000.01–$3,500 → $90; $3,500.01–$4,000 → $120; $4,000.01–$5,000 → $140. For amounts above $5,000, contact TS customer service. Active promotions may reduce or waive these fees (100% discount = we cover the full transfer fee for you). Your receipt shows the exact fee after any promotion.

Question 10

Can a promotion waive my transfer fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When an administrator runs a promotion with 100% discount on send fees, we cover your transfer fee entirely — you only pay the principal you send. Promotions are optional and time-limited; they apply to our fee, not to third-party wallet or bank charges. Check Account → Support or announcements for active offers.

Question 11

Do MonCash or NatCash charge my recipient?

Accepted Answer

For money delivered to a MonCash or NatCash wallet, the operator may charge a small P2P (wallet) fee in HTG, which can be deducted from the payout amount. Fees differ from cash-out (withdrawing physical cash at an agent), which is usually higher. Tariffs change — amounts in the app and on receipts are estimates for planning.

Question 12

What are typical NatCash cash-out fees (HTG)?

Accepted Answer

Cash-out means the recipient withdraws physical cash at an agent. NatCash publishes stepped fees by send bracket (examples, subject to change): 20–99 HTG → 6 HTG; 100–249 → 12; 250–499 → 15; 500–999 → 28; 1,000–1,999 → 46; 2,000–3,999 → 81; 4,000–7,999 → 130; 8,000–11,999 → 248; 12,000–19,999 → 342; 20,000–40,000 → 576; 40,000–59,999 → 975; 60,000–74,999 → 1,260; 75,000–99,999 → 1,440. Wallet-to-wallet (P2P) fees are lower — see the separate FAQ. Always confirm in the NatCash app.

Question 13

What are typical MonCash cash-out fees (HTG)?

Accepted Answer

Cash-out fees (withdrawing cash) are higher than wallet P2P. MonCash stepped examples (subject to change): up to 99 HTG → 0; 100–249 → 0; 250–499 → 15; 500–999 → 40; 1,000–1,999 → 65; 2,000–3,999 → 115; 4,000–7,999 → 185; 8,000–11,999 → 275; 12,000–19,999 → 380; 20,000–39,999 → 640; 40,000–59,999 → 1,050; 60,000–74,999 → 1,400; 75,000–100,000 → 1,600. Confirm current tariffs in the MonCash app.
